Project Manager

The Company

PTS is a German new-space company whose aim is to democratize access to space and bring down the cost of space exploration. PTS is a privately held company, and our goal is to show that it is possible to build a sustainable business in space exploration. As well as delivering cheaper and more regular opportunities for academics, industry, and educational institutions to conduct in-space research, we are keen to develop the infrastructure required for future settlement on the Moon and beyond.

Your Tasks

• Manage projects operations
• Create and manage a ‘Project Management Office’ for the company
• Distribution and follow up of tasks in agile and hybrid methods (Jira, Merlin)
• Identification and tracking of project KPIs
• Cost and time control of project activities
• Interface with customers and stakeholders

Your Profile

• Strong multi-year experience in project management
• Enthusiasm for space exploration
• Ability to quickly work into new technical topics
• You are a strong communicator and can take decisions independently
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Nice to have: Certification for project management (e.g. from PMI)
